GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

We base all our services on the following terms and conditions, whereby we only accept your general terms and conditions insofar as they do not contradict ours:

1. the prices quoted in our offer are subject to the proviso that the order data are not changed after the offer has been made. We shall be bound by the quotations for six weeks.
2. if, at your request, changes are to be made after your approval, we may charge you for the costs incurred as a result (including machine downtimes).
3. ..... and similar preparatory work which we carry out ourselves or have carried out only at your request will be charged at the customary and reasonable local rate or the external costs charged to us after prior agreement.
