MATERIALTESTING
High quality is our standard.

HIGHEST QUALITY, SUSTAINABLY DESIGNED
Precision for quality.
To ensure that our bioplastics meet the highest quality standards and are optimally suited to your specific applications, we rely on comprehensive testing procedures in our laboratory. Precise, individually tailored material tests are an essential part of product development, material selection and quality control.

A tensile test on the universal testing machine shows how resilient the bioplastic is and at what tensile force it tears. This procedure is crucial for analyzing the mechanical properties of the material and ensuring that it can withstand the practical requirements.
We use the melt flow index tester to test the melt flow index (MFR) and melt volume (MVR) in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1133. These tests analyze the flow behavior of bioplastics and ensure optimal processing.

We use the notched bar impact bending test to measure how resistant the material is to sudden loads.
We measure the hardness of the bioplastic to determine the material's resistance to deformation under pressure.

Thanks to high precision and exact readability, we can determine the moisture content of the material exactly.
We can precisely post-cure materials in our heating cabinets to optimize their properties. This process ensures that the bioplastic achieves the desired quality under controlled conditions.
